Refund and Cancellation Policy

Vasundhara VPKSV Sanstha is committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in all donations received. Your generous contributions help us carry out environmental conservation healthcare livelihood empowerment animal husbandry orphan care and community development initiatives. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a donation.

Refund Policy

• Donations made to Vasundhara VPKSV Sanstha are considered voluntary contributions and are generally non refundable.
• Once a donation has been successfully processed it cannot be cancelled or refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
• Refund requests will only be considered if:
  
  • A duplicate transaction has been processed due to a technical error.
  • An incorrect donation amount has been deducted because of a payment gateway error.
  • The transaction has been completed without the donor’s authorisation and valid supporting evidence is provided.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
• All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Vasundhara VPKSV Sanstha.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. The actual credit may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

• Once a donation has been successfully completed it cannot be cancelled by the donor.
• If a recurring donation facility is introduced in the future donors may request cancellation of future recurring donations by contacting us before the next scheduled payment.
• Cancellation requests will not affect donations that have already been processed.

Donation Receipt

• A donation acknowledgement or receipt will be issued after successful payment.
• If you do not receive your receipt please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
